Vintage From Paul is delighted to offer this mint Condition, 1899 Ruby Stained Honeycomb water goblet.

The pattern is New York Honeycomb. Produced by many companies such as Doyle, Duncan. Columbian, Bryce, King and McKee. Heacock says that it is impossible to be certain of the origin of a particular example of this pattern, since it was a much copied design. Circa 1900. This red to clear water goblet is a Souvenir of the incorporation as a city, of Maybee Michigan. Maybee was established in 1873 and incorporated 1899.

On the body of the bowl of the goblet in silver is printed "Souvenir of Maybee".

There are no chips or cracks and the ruby stain is very nicely preserved. The 1899 Ruby Stained Honeycomb Water Goblet stands 5-7/8 inches high and measures 3-1/16 inches in diameter at the top. This is a very nice example of antique ruby stained glass.
