The Arthur Wood 1904-1918 Floral Lattice Milk Jug  has a creamy light tan body accented with black at the rim and on the handle. The black is also found on the body, forming the lattice against which a large red flower, surrounded by two purple flowers is set. the flowers have yellow centers and are accented with green foliage

The Arthur Wood Pottery was based at the Bradwell Works in Longport, Stoke-on-Trent, the premises of Capper & Wood established in 1884 producing primarily teapots, Arthur Wood became sole owner in 1904 trading up until 1928 when the company name was changed to Arthur Wood & Son Limited and further ranges of tableware were introduced.

The Arthur Wood 1904-1918 Floral Lattice Milk Jug  stands 4-1/8 inches in height. It measures 6-3/4 inches from handle to spout, has an upper diameter of 3-5/8 inches and a base diameter of 3-3/8 inches.

The Arthur Wood 1904-1918 Floral Lattice Milk Jug  is in amazing condition with no chips, cracks or signs of repair. The graphics are crisp, the colors vibrant. There is however, very minor crazing on the body of the milk jug, which we think only adds to its' antique charm.

The Arthur Wood 1904-1918 Floral Lattice Milk Jug  is marked in green with the Arthur Wood Globe which has a banner at the top wich reads "quality" and another banner across the globe which reads "Arthur Wood. The third banner is at the base of the globe and it reads "England". The milk jug is also marked in black with "1619A" and incised into the milk jug is "England 42".
