The creamy white bulbous body of the shakers is decorated in deep blue with the classic Blue Onion design. The design is fully visible on all the faces of the shakers. There is a single deep blue edging at the base,and the top knob of each shaker is a deep cobalt blue

The Blue Onion Salt & Pepper Shaker Set Vintage Enesco Japan is in mint condition with no defects noted. The bottom fill stoppers are supple and fit perfectly.
