Duz Detergent gained popularity for not only offering this promotion, but also gained national attention of one of the major sponsors of the "I Love Lucy" show starring Lucille Ball an d Desi Arnaz.

The pleasing pattern of wheat was made by the Homer Laughlin Company. On the back of the gold trimmed plate it reads; Made in USA - 22 K Gold - Oven Proof.
