The Sorrento pattern was used by The Hotel del Monte in Monterey, California and was not commonly backstamped for the Hotel del Monte. This Syracuse stock pattern was also used by the East Bay Lodge.
Sorrento is listed as Syracuse pattern #77301. Sorrento holds U.S. Patent Design D67698 which was issued on June 30, 1925 to inventor Hanley Henoch, assignor to the Onondaga Pottery Company.
