The Syracuse Virginia Blue Restaurant Salad Plates have a pristine white body decorated at the rim with overflowing urns of flowers.  The inner verge have small deep blue flowers enclosed within a golden yellow rectangle, alternating with rounded columns.  The color palette is jewel tones.
