San Fernando has a deep highly glazed caramel colored background, accented with sable brown rim and detailing. At the edge there is a gently scallop which adds interest to this lovely design.

Each of the available Vernon Ware Metlox San Fernando Gravy Boat is in Mint condition with no chips, cracks, or crazing. The colors are vibrant, the graphics are crisp, and glazing smooth.

The Gravy Boat measure 7-1/2 inches in length, .5-1/2 inches in width & 5 inches in height.

Vernonware began with Poxon China in 1916, located in Vernon, California. Later, in 1928, it became Vernon Potteries or Vernon Kilns. The company was bought out by Metlox in 1958 and became a division of Metlox.
